• Any content that may disclose the personal details of an individual defined by law as a minor, including their place of residence, personal information, or methods of contacting them.

• Any content that may reveal the identity of an exposed individual.
• Any content intended for political promotion originating from political entities is prohibited from publication. Such content will be removed from the Website at the Company’s discretion, and the advertiser shall have no claim in this regard.

By submitting content to the Conbiz Website, the user declares the following:

The user, as the rightful owner of the content, consents to the publication of said content on the Website by the mere act of submitting it to the Company. The Company reserves the right to use the content at its discretion, including but not limited to publishing, storing, removing, or editing the content.

The content submitted by the user is their sole responsibility, including its reliability, accuracy, and correctness. The user affirms that no copyright or proprietary rights violations have been committed in relation to the content.

The user submitting content to the Website agrees to allow its use without any time limitation, and the rights to the content are transferred to the Website. The Company is also permitted to publish the content on other affiliated websites, all without any payment or compensation.

A user submitting content to the Website, for which they do not hold the copyright, declares that they have the necessary permission to submit the content and to authorize its use, publication, editing, removal, and storage.

The Website system may, at any time and without prior notice, modify, edit, invalidate, or remove any content submitted to the Website, whether before or after its publication.

The user submitting content acknowledges that the content will be visible to other users, and the reactions to it cannot be predicted. The Company assumes no responsibility for these reactions, nor for any damages deriving from comments or content published on the Website.

The user waives any claim of moral rights to the content they submit, as well as any financial claims of any kind.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company bears no responsibility for content submitted by users and does not guarantee its reliability or completeness. Commercial Information and Advertisements

By providing their details when signing up for the mailing list (hereinafter: “Registrants for Mailing Service”) through various channels (such as the business customer center, company representatives, or by submitting details via message or link), users consent to receive updates via email (if an email address has been provided) or SMS (if a mobile phone number has been provided). You have the right to remove yourself from the mailing list for any reason by one of the following methods: Submitting a request in response to any mailing message you receive or sending an email to Admin@conbiz.eu. In the email, please include ‘Removal’ in the subject line and provide the contact details you used during registration in the body of the message. Additionally, the absence of the words ‘advertisement’ and/or ‘advertisements’ in the subject lines of messages received via various mailing methods is not binding. Therefore, no claims may be made against the Website under the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5768-2008. Therefore, you shall have no claims regarding the receipt of mailings against the Website, and/or its representatives, and/or any third party affiliated with the Company through contractual agreements. For your information, none of these parties is responsible for the content of the mailings and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from their receipt. Furthermore, the provision of your personal information to the Company is done voluntarily and not out of any obligation.

Company’s Rights and Powers

The Company reserves the right to manage the Website as it deems fit, including altering its appearance, structure, or content, or shutting it down entirely. The availability of services offered on the Website is also fully under the Company’s control, and it is not required to provide prior notice of such changes. The user shall have no claims or demands regarding these changes.

The Company makes no commitment to uninterrupted service and does not guarantee protection against interruptions, damages, malfunctions, communication line failures, hardware failures, or unauthorized access to the Company’s or its suppliers’ systems. The Company assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages to the user deriving from such issues.

The Company will not provide personal details of Website users to third parties, except for the purpose of operating the Website or in compliance with a legal order enforced against it, including in cases where legal action (civil or criminal) may arise due to a user’s actions. In such cases, the Company will determine whether to disclose the user’s information to the party claiming to be the victim or in accordance with a legal order.

No personal information about a user will be shared with advertisers unless expressly approved by the user. The user agrees to compensate the Company or its representatives for any loss of profit, damages, or expenses incurred, including attorney’s fees or court costs, as a result of a violation of these Terms, in whole or in part, or due to any third-party claim related to the use of the Website.

Miscellaneous

Any additional terms of use or regulations existing on the Website are supplemental to these Terms. In the event of a contradiction between them, these current Terms shall prevail. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice. In such cases, the new Terms will be published, and their validity will commence from the time of publication.

The laws of the Czech Republic shall govern these Terms, and the courts of Prague shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related thereto.
