The Czech real estate market has many advantages. A stable economy growing at a rate higher than the average EU member-state guarantees investors with a favorable and turbulence free return on investment. At the same time a foreign-friendly regulatory environment and low manpower costs ensure the real estate company owner with low overhead costs. It is no wonder that many real estate investors seek to expand into the Czech Republic.  

However, in spite of the friendly regulatory environment,  establishing a Czech Republic  registered limited liability company offers many advantages. In addition to official recognition  by the authorities, local companies may prefer working with Czech companies, simply because that is more familiar and to them and feels less threatening; also when the business is run by a Czech company it can win government tenders and receive services from the authorities such as VAT refunds, grants from EU funds, and work visas for managers and for workers essential to the company.

Setting up your new Czech real-estate company will take place in our Czech branch and will take between 45 to 60 days. Upon completion of the process you will receive from us notary certification, Czech Registrar of Companies documentation, bank authorizations, and the details of the business bank account that we will open for your new company. As well as a regular Czech currency account, we can open bank accounts for you in other currencies such as dollars and euros.

A name for the company can be chosen from among many options. According to Czech law one may not choose a name that is similar to the name of an existing company or any brand in the Czech Republic. Also names that are offensive or insulting are forbidden. At the start of the process of setting up a company we ask you to suggest a number of possible names so that if problems emerge regarding one of them we need not waste time seeking your approval for an alternative.

Czech law requires every company registered in the Czech Republic to provide the authorities an address in the Czech Republic. If you do not intend to rent an office in the Czech Republic you can rent a virtual office with an address in Prague.
